We like teeth whitening as it is a minimally invasive, cost-effective procedure which can radically change your smile in just a few weeks. Teeth whitening does exactly what it says on the tin and whitens your teeth. Your teeth will gradually darken as you age, but they can also be stained by everyday habits, which builds up over time to make your teeth appear darker – these include tea, coffee, Coca Cola and tobacco. We won’t force you to give these up, but we can help you achieve a white, natural-looking smile! Teeth can also be discoloured due to trauma, or due to certain medications which make teeth whitening more complicated, but not necessarily impossible – your dentist will be able to advise you on which system would be best suited to your needs.

Recently, a new law was passed which stipulated that tooth whitening may only be carried out by dental professionals who are currently registered with the General Dental Council.
